We are human. We are imperfect.

As children, traumatic events, parents and other
relationships may have impacted our psychological and
emotional development and well-being.

As adults, we can at times respond to situations and our relationship to others from old behaviors that may not always be helpful or healthy.

My work is to help one learn the difference between our past and current true self, using several interventions and techniques.

We can survive this journey from a wounding past and
present and see more clearly options and ways of being that create new possibilities that exist within us.
